• Designing and developing an AI chatbot using Azure services, integrating advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning of models to enhance chatbot accuracy and response quality.
• Extracting, cleaning, and preprocessing large unstructured datasets using Python, SQL, and multiple chunking methods to optimize AI model training and deployment.
• Analyzing and monitoring data pipelines using SQL, Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, and Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth data flow, efficiency, and business intelligence reporting.

• Led the experimental design and implementation of a Digital Twin system using Microsoft Azure platforms, simulating real-time wind turbine behavior for smart city applications.
• Developed a data pipeline with Raspberry Pi sensors, measuring environmental and turbine metrics (e.g., wind speed, direction, and power output) and integrating them via MQTT protocols.
• Deployed Azure Services, including IoT Hub, Digital Twins, Machine Learning, and Event Grid, to enable real-time data insights, predictive analytics, and secure telemetry ingestion and model synchronization from wind turbine sensor data.
• Tackled key challenges in stream processing, data visualization (Stream Analytics), and edge-cloud coordination, contributing to sustainable and scalable DT architecture for urban infrastructure.
• Gathered and organized data from Facebook ad campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing team.
• Produced data visualizations to aid the Finance team in understanding the performance of ad campaigns, helping them make informed decisions.
• Identified underperforming campaigns for potential discontinuation to optimize ad spending and cut costs.
